Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all included accessories, manuals, and parts

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos or videos of the issue. After checking the details, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Clearance or final sale items, if clearly marked

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
